We only ship in the United States. All orders are shipped via Federal Express, or via United States Post Office. Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Rates
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment. Shipment rate is based on Price.
The total shipping charge will be displayed on the "Delivery Information" page during you order process, before you submit your order.

$5.01 - $100: $10.00
$101 - $300: $15.00
$301 - $2,500: $25.00
$2,501 - $5,000: $35.00
$5,001 - $25,000: $50.00
Terms and Conditions:
Credit & Exchanges: Articles in original (not worn) condition may be exchanged or returned, with the original sales receipt and original packaging and paperwork, within 30 days of sale (excluding pre-owned watches). In the case of cash or check, a check will be issued within 15 business days.
Pre-Owned Watches - Three-Day Return Policy:
For your satisfaction, Smart Jewelers offers a Three-Day Return Policy on all pre-owned watches sold. Please contact us by the third business day after you receive the watch if you decide to return it. We will refund the purchase price (less shipping costs) upon receipt of the watch, watch box and literature, provided all are in the same condition as originally shipped.
Repairs: 60 days after notice of completion, repairs that are not picked up, will be sold for charges.
Battery Replacement: All battery replacement service is a partial repair and therefore does not have any guarantee. In addition, all battery replacement service does not include water-resistant service unless otherwise indicated.
Layaways: An item can be placed in layaway for a maximum of 30 days. A minimum deposit of 10% of the original sales amount will be required. After 30 days, inactive layaways will be returned to stock and funds on deposit shall be converted to a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits will be valid for a maximum of one year from the date of issue.
New Watch Guarantee: All new watches carry a factory guarantee against original defects. During that period, Smart Jewelers will process the repair at no charge.
Certified Pre-Owned Watch Guarantee: All Smart Jewelers Certified Pre-Owned watched carry a limited one year guarantee. During that period, Smart Jewelers will process the repair at no charge.
Annual Inspection: All diamond jewelry will be cleaned and checked annually at no charge.
Sales and Use Tax: If merchandise is shipped outside of Illinois and sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for a state use tax.
Terms: All transactions are binding from date of delivery and no verbal agreement or guarantee is valid. The purchaser agrees to all of the terms and conditions pertaining to this sale and that there is no understanding between the buyer and seller that is not contained herein. |
